What's the Plan for the Long Run?
Ashley is training for her first ever marathon. She has changed the way she eats and fuels herself in order to be more fuel efficient. The plan includes taking carbs on board as soon as you start running, rather than waiting two or three hours before doing so. It also involves gut training timing of meals when it's time to get used to a full stomach.
