The Pros and Cons of Longer Muscle Longevity Training

The literature does kind of bias a little bit towards more distal sites. Autosound is for sure a common measurement method, but it isn't the one always used. And so even in investigations or examinations of longer versus shorter muscle length training that looked at either whole muscle hypertrophy or that looked at more proximal sites as well. In my view, the more distal measurement site, the greater the impact of lower muscle length training.
