I like the idea of you still going to the gym three days a week because the best success is three by 52 or five by 52 or actually three by 52 by 20 years is even better. Even on the days I don't lift I do mobility kettlebell work like high rep half-no-end presses I do the loop but I do march in place yeah so if you're lifting 3 days a week and I think this is very important like no you are I what I'm more of an on-off switch yesYeah lift or don't so no I would just think about what your where you where you fit oh right up there in that glute that gloop hip area a hamstring
