The Benefits of Omega-3 Oils

The monounsaturated fats like olive oil are very good. The omega-3 fats, like you get in fish oils and grass fed butter, that's why I said grass fed is high in omega-3. What you don't want, especially the cheap stuff that they do processed food in, like linseed oil, cotton oil, even canola. Just stick with good old lard is great, tallow is great. They used to make McDonald's french fries in tallow. And this is a long time ago, they're amazing.
