Andi: I have a lot of mobility and stability issues that have come from just lots of pressing movements, not not enough pulling movements. And so if you were going to coach me, or someone like me who's very active, who's able to stay active, i don't have any current injuries tho keep me out of the gem or keeping me on the couch. But i just don't feel like my body moves well. So when you're dealing with someone like me, where is the place for us to begin assessing ourselves? What is the approach? How should we be sort of thinking about this?"
