The Importance of Consistency in Swimming

I'm not really worried about how long the sessions are it's more about consistent and frequent swimming so I would still like them to swim three times per week ideally but if it's if one of them is 30 minutes a month and the others are 45 minutes then I would be perfectly okay with that. It's when you get to that sort of late beginner early intermediate stage and especially if you get stuck and stagnated that's where I think that if you look at okay what is the problemone of the potential problems is obviously some sort of technique issue.
