i love the idea of a morning ritual, it's important. But i'm finding that if they're gettng really glamorized, like, what i eat in a day, videos, i' like, don't do it. No, we dn't need to compare. We don't ned ourselves feel bad ause we don't eat what you eat, or have the time to make what you make. I think being able to take stock in that, i think, takes away this big mountain of shame, of like i'm not enough,. and helps remind you in those tiny moments like, wait, i did. I'm proud of me for this moment.
