The Importance of Winter Training

You wrap up your season in October. Is that how it worked last year? And then you just go into what is essentially a long off season? But that's winter training, isn't it, for you God? Yeah, it is. Okay. How has your training changed between what you did for the short course racing and now? Where do you see the major changes in terms of what you're doing in your program? I'd say it's mainly, I don't think I train anymore. Maybe, maybe a couple hours a week more. So yeah, I guess this building strength and because I am 23, hopefully, I will get stronger still.
