Most of the time, i would put this in like to eight to ten weeks range. The hall mark of this stage is there's actually some stuff where you can push heavier. And identifying that is another piece of that first phase. Like, oh, what are some things that i start feeling comfortable with, not sensitive to, not afraid of whatever? A in the first phase that i would feel comfortable with pushing heavier in the second phase.
