Too many times we see people who are focused on getting everything right, not making any mistakes and reducing errors. You don't want to go home at night and say, I had a great day, I didn't make any mistakes. That's not a productive career. Now how do we bridge that though? My dad, with every firefighter he's ever trained, or attempted to train, they actually start with they know nothing.
