How to Deal With Random Potions in Rogue Mode

I had noticed the amped presence thing when I was playing but it didn't click for me exactly why you were doing it and it totally works. It's such an interesting solution um and I have also this is a problem that I have encountered in the game that I am working on too. People are really reticent to use something that they don't know what it does, road lights are absolutely filled with with random items and so it's such a struggle to try to know when you're supposed to use it even if you're past the idea of hoarding. The optimal kind of strategy with with dealing with this kind of random potion is actually very specific and very unintuitive.
