strength is an important outcome part of i think that's even more reason to emphasize it early in your forties and fifties. Because otherwise it seems like it's pretty challenging for a 70 year old to start resistance training for the very first time, versas if they've had some experience. We do have people tho show up in their seventies, and they have never lifted a weight, but they're familiar there. So e wat to talk in my so well, you know, take your case and lwhen used to fly,.
