These days honestly I'm looking for more reasons to train at home so it's more 50 40 60 but I'd like for it to be 50 50. So I think calisthenics to your point covers you upper body wise for the most part dips pull ups anything on rings. If you're looking to build your lower back glutes hamstrings outside of Nordic curls and your quads I really like barbell movements for those just because it's more practical to load them. Even the back even the back to like the upper back the lats traps all that you can develop with inverted rows pull ups there's all kinds of stuff you can do.
