When the golfjust gets over the ball, the only real force that's sort of being applied is some feet to the ground and some hands to the club. And by turning these muscles earlier, you're able to activate larger fibre groups as you go past which fibre groups. That's very interesting, ye, because if those areas aren't woken up, and then you suddenly ask them to move at accelerating speeds, you essentially asking your car to perform with no gasexactly right.
