How to Train Like a Pro
I want to ask you about your benches because I wrote an article years ago about using three different benches instead of boards. A friend of mine, Jesse Kellum, was an orgy stone lifter down in New Orleans told me I need to go back to board dressing. So I tried it out and my bench went from 600 pounds to 732, 3, something like that. But I never intended on to live on board press. It's done absolutely nothing positive to your training. If anything, it interferes you for training.
