Sleep Masks Are a Big Game Changer

You're gonna have issues with natural light stimulating your body whilst you sleep as well. You probably wanna be looking at 100% blackout curtains or a sleep mask in order to be able to sleep through that period. Those sleep masks are actually a pretty big game changer. I ended up getting one after I have seen you use it in the past, but it's funny, cause like I use a sleep mask. My girlfriend doesn't use one just because her hair gets in the way of it,. But every single morning, like our blinds aren't blackout blind. So when I have my sleep mask on, I'm always sleeping a little bit longer and I wake up around 645.
