What Is an Adequate Warm Up?

The general warm up, the one you do before the workout is actually tends to be more important for men than for women because men tend to have way worse mobility than women. I think that what we'll often find is men getting hurt in the gym more than women for a number of reasons and it's partly because they're trying to lift way too heavy. And also partly because they’re doing things with a range of motion that they don't actually have yet. We need to improve that with their mobility. So generally I tend to start off with Mobility exercises so that we can increase our range of motion.
