The Shadow Side of a Challenger

Both my kids and my wife all have a little challenger and a lot of challenger in them. So they're always letting me know how I can improve, how I can do better as a dad. Each one of them has a shadow side too, by the way. The shadow side of a motivator is a performer. And that's why a lot of times young Christian preachers are so much performers. It's because their natural frequency is motivator, but they haven't developed that and found confidence in it. That's where sometimes you can feel like I feel like disconnect.
