The Vertical Diet and Fatigue Management

When it comes to the vertical diet you have four components and we've talked about a few of them already quite in detail. sleep sufficient calories and protein are huge in terms of recovery as is fatigue management from the training stimulus. I recommend people take a 10-minute walk after each meal three or four times a day there's your 30 to 40 minutes a cardio.
