The Importance of Grace Notes

A beautiful grace note is when you pay attention to the people around you. I think far too many customer service businesses focus so much on building these perfect brands that they let self-imposed standards get in the way of them doing the things that will make other people happy. And if we all invest a little bit more time and extra 5% into these grace notes, it's pretty amazing what we can collectively accomplish.
