Yomi: I love the trend of spicy baked desserts like chocolate cake with cayenne pepper. Felix: Another pandemic related trend that I'm actually not so fond of is really shameless limitations of how quickly you have to be out of the restaurant. Yomi: In general, I love counter service and would rather eat at the bar than a table.Felix: The nostalgia is a comfort food thing - deviled eggs and baked Alaska.
