How Do You Maintain Your Skill?
When you get a skill and you want to work on something else, are you someone that just lets it go, or do you keep up your level with that? Yes. How i've done it, and i i've actually done that alight this past o year, is simply traning it one to two times a week for just a few sets. And i've noticed that my body weight is still the same and everything is still there regards my body. But im yis pretty easy maintain that i didn't find an issue with it. I'm not the type of person to just get something and then never train it again.
