The Impact of Dairy Fat on Human Health
Dairy fat is about one third of the total fat eaten by an average French consumer. Even a small fatty acid, like conjugated fatty acid or omega-3, has huge impact on human health. The main objective of our clinical trial was to have the impact of a complete meal. We need animal protein not for protein, but for all the other nutrients related to animals. But it's stupid to eat more animal protein with less nutrient density.
