Talk instructional therapy is kind of like talk instructional therapy so sometimes where you have a very stressful or pressured situation one way that you can get through it is almost to be commentating on what you're doing which might sound quite robotic and very boring but if you're looking to execute really really well on a crucial part of your performance maybe being a bit neutral and a bit bland is better than being over hyped and over emotional. So as well as talking yourself through it then it's like about being able to give the actual motivational and instructional parts together which will if done well will lead to a hopefully better performance.
