The Importance of Body Composition

The lower down you go in terms of position, terms and numbers of starting team the more body fat or higher the body composition will be. So yeah it's all about being able to perform to the optimal level what you have so I suppose to explain that if we feel let's take a prop you know maybe skin falls are quite high. We feel to perform a little bit better and that's maybe the general feedback for us. It goes back to prioritization well actually maybe not this guy is functioning he's world classYou don't want to put on excess of fad odor because they might stop them from performing it's a fine balance but it probably goes back to that discipline and consistency
