The Power of Persuasion

The first two questions I ask myself are one, why are you writing this? And then two, who's this for? And that tends to unlock a lot of the issues that I see. Persuasion is more of like building win-win opportunities. It's getting someone on your side in a negotiation or someone on your team as an employee and even just getting your team aligned on a certain direction. These aren't sales because a sale implies like you could either win it or lose it.
