How to Scale Your ACL Movement Over Time

So we scaled things things over time where rather than looking from a step by step progression, it's well, can we just actually slowly turn that dial up slower and slower or just a little bit every day to the point where you don't really even notice the change. So again, like we might be doing those low level skips which is introduction to plyometrics. We might be training jumping without jumping. We could be training landing without landing so that now when we start doing these things at a level, it's just a small jumper that a big jump.
