I will frequently go out and do these zone one rides. And i have two types there. There's one where i ride right at that l t one or just below it. But quite frequently when i go out to do four five hour rides. So remember again, my f t p is three 70 sh. I will average a hundred and 80, hundred and 70 wats on these long rides.
