Are there some athletes that could benefit from just some more strength work? Yeah, like 100%. I think the hard part with that is, you know, the logistics of it and whether people have the right equipment needed. More than strength, I've been trying to drill into people like, yeah, you have an extra six to eight hours a week where you're not swimming.
