The Effect of Warming Up

Warming up is very literal. One of the primary things you're trying to do is just to raise the temperature in the muscle. Just get some blood flow and lubricate the joints a little bit. There's no evidence that foam rolling or self miopacial release on subsequent performance finds that it doesn't really do much, like nothing interesting, on average. But i know for me, personally, it makes a big difference. A, so i do it.
