The more extremes we see around us and the more folks out there doing those superlative things, the more we become sort of immune to them. The conceptual limits are very different from what our bodies can actually do. And so my contention is that how we were years ago, kind of like in a lot of cases running one 100 miles a year was kind of the standard. Now we're not training, our standard is no longer training 50 miles a week, now it's like we want to go up to 80, 100, 110.
