There are many more tools that have come online in the past 10 or so years that allow us to parse all this language data. We've analyzed hundreds of conversations to look at the language people use and the outcome. There's online content that's been written that we can get the text of and look at how far down an article people read. And, you know, language isn't new. We've been writing for a long time, thousands of years. But now we can uncover some really exciting insights about how we can use language better.
