How to Increase Pressing Strength With Kettlebell Press
Two, three, five ladders with kettlebell press for three to five rounds. Chef says it increases his pressing strength more than right of prep passage clean and press letters. Two, three and five are Fibonacci numbers. Four isn't so anytime the rite of passage has the number four in it.
