Is Ice Helping With Inflammatory Injuries?
i've found that an ice bucket om trick, where you just sit with the a, the foot in the ice bucket for 20 minutes, but during that 20 minutes, your doing squats. And then you sit back down. I've got that in my ankle, the rolled ankle podcast episode that i recorded, and it just works. So i'm going to keep prescribing ita. But then again, there's a lot of evidence to say that. If you have a muscle strain, if you have other inflammatory injuries, and theu have two groups, ice veses, not ice, they don't really differ that much.
