The Benefits of a High Protein Diet

Excess vitamin C can actually get converted into oxalates and oxalic acid. Urea is a breakdown product of protein amino acids. If you're eating two to three times the amount of protein than other people are, your urea is going to be higher as well. That's not a sign that your kidneys aren't working because you're creatinine can be low. But your urea's up your crannines low. Well, that means your body just has high for whatever reason. And actually works as a really good antioxidant. It's a it's a better mechanism of do of of filling that role rather than vitamin C.
