How to Create a Timetable That Works for You

Make your own timetable. Copy how I've structured it and then just change the timings. Be sure to include the delayed gratification activities that will get you to your goals like exercise and university work. Also one or two blocks for instant gratification just relaxing unwinding time. The mentality I want you to have is to think that this timetable is your ideal day. A day you could imagine sticking to forever. So it has the necessary work for you to get to your goals of success, but it also has enough time to unwind and relax so that it doesn't feel like a challenge.
