Is Static Stretching Harmful?
Stretching can be very beneficial, or harmful. There's a point of diminishing returns where you can no longer use it in the sport. But i don't think that you need to build a crazy amount of flexibility through static stretching. And i say, build all the necessary ranges of motion that you need in the sport plus some.
