Strength AndDurance, Is That a Good Thing?

i want to touch a point that you mention was strength endurance. And i notice this comes up a fair bit in what you're your teaching on mine. How do you feel for, say, the average person who just wants to just improve broadly? Is there one that you gravitate toward more than another? Or ogts o reproach. I personally gravitate slightly more towards a strength anddurance, although it's more just a kind of 50-50 thing.
