Putin's Goals of Going Into Ukraine

There was a potential deal whether it could have been worked out had the West not interfere remains to be seen. Putin recently produced a document when he was speaking before some African leaders that he said was signed by Ukraine. And he also accused the West of sabotaging this deal. I do think that the West moved in the British and the Americans to sabotage the negotiations because as I said earlier, I think that we felt we could defeat the Russians.
