The Pat Flynn Show
How to Work Close to Technical Failure
For intensity and weight, you need to work close to technical failure for all sets. You should be using a weight that you can do no more than 12 reps with before you hit technical failure. Intensity is the same as in you're still going to be working within two to three reps of technical failure but since we're now doing everything at 12 reps, it's not so much about how much money you could make if you did this every week. If you want something easy, I link a kettlebell complex in mind that I think would work well for this week. Then for the ads, we should kind of fit that in after your primary lifting session or after your conditioning again.
