The Importance of a Similar Language in Software Development

"We talk a lot about lean from the manufacturing from the operational side. And one of the things that our software teams have tried to adopt is a similar language," he says. "And what that does is that similar concept that you're talking about of trust, we're not an outsider, we're an insider, you know." He adds: "I try to get this point across when I talk to a lot, especially junior designers... We can just tell everybody that their current process sucks and they're stupid ... What would you do?"
