Is Para Sulphate the Most Common Iron Supplement?

If your body is functionaing normally, it won't absorb beyond what is needed. Different forms of iron ow different biovil ability rates as well. Your most common iron supplement on the shelf is para sulphate. And because it seems to be the most pile available, however, it can be impacted based on how it's packaged. I generaly recommend, if you have gone to the di doctor and you are iron deficient or anemic, and now you know you need a supplement, buying a true just iron supplement.
