I think we can reclaim technology as a tool to bring us back to mindfulness but we have to be so much more intentional about it. It takes so much discipline I think and when you're in an anxious state, again, that response, getting to inbox zero, feels like productive work. That defense against bad things happening is powerful. We just have to start talking about it.
