i have them start by taking an inventory, like inventory of how much time are you on social media? Are you using it more during the morning, more at night? What accounts are you following? And then lookingt like, do these accounts aline with my values? Or am i like feeling not great after looking at them? A, i talk to them about, if it feels really unmanageable and into anxiety, provoke to unfollow someone or block some one. Try just muting them. Do a test rond, see see how you feel.
