Myofibral is much more hypertrophy specific, but even then it will incorporate an element of damage repair because myofibrals get damaged too. It's also got much more of an endurance related adaption to it and kind of repeat about effect element to it. So it's really very much more widely applicable in terms of myofibral upgrade, in terms of rate of the patients. We're just talking about what's happening to the myofibras.
