Most athletes i work with are more speed and power, cross fit lifting, that kind of stuf. If you 're going to compete into a triathlon, you'll probably have a lot more carbs than most other people,. This a training volume that's involved. I think it just gets kind of tricky once you get people up to base line. By most people, just getting hem up to base line, you'll see pretty big jump in performance. The only exception who tend to fuel over fuel for the most part is endurance athletes.
