Don't Work More Than 40 Hours a Week

We try to get as simple as we can with the thing we're trying to solve. And by keeping the team small, keeping the time frames strict and tight, we're able to do a whole lot of work. The longer you go on something, the more stuff you're doing that probably doesn't matter. If you actually put in a good eight hour day, you're done by the end of eight hours. Like your toast, you put in your day and you're ready to go home. That's what we profess. We don't add more time. We cut back scope. We cut down our ambition.
