We're talking about consipation and fibre, which i aska jay ask a j because he's eaten all the food right now andno fibr fiber. Probably he's probably back to a bob evans breakfast in the morning, like west side barbell days. Better be a constipation. I feel like i can count the number of times i've been consipated in my whole life on one hand. And each of those times, it is the most miserable thing. It is legitimately like there's a bowling ball just sitting on your pelvis.
