UC in the acute setting we'll touch more on this shortly but you do need to think about acute severe UC or toxic megacolin even. PSC carries such an elevated risk of multiple cancers specifically colon cancer that we really need to follow those patients closely with help of the hepatologist. The most likely diagnosis is pancolitis from all sort of colitis and so then we need to step back and think carefully about our patient's risk factors and their current severity of disease.
