Just the overall health of your body will matter a lot for your recovery journey. We're physios, we're not nutritionists but just important to recognize that those things are or will also play a role in your recovery. Yeah so it all matters and obviously for today we'll be focusing on I guess the specific area and the problem and more of an exercise based approach because that's our bread and butter.
